My subject is mainly landscapes and wildlife in an impressionist style. I use plastic to paint with rather than the usual brushes as I can create unique textures and marks. I especially love painting water capturing the light.
I am a painter working many in acrylics. I am based in my studio, Briggate Art in Knaresborough where I paint and teach art to all ages and abilities. I grew up in Knaresborough and the Dales have always felt like home.
