Local artist, Shirley Hudson, has a two day exhibition in Nidd Church as part of the NiddArt Trail on Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd August. The works are inspired by the landscape around the village of Nidd which she has studied during daily walks in varying weather and light over the past 18 months. Shirley also exhibited two paintings of angels in a side chapel. The paintings were inspired by local cemetery monuments and were previously exhibited in St Johns Church as part of the Knaresborough Feva festival.
