Welcome to the NiddArt Trail 2021 sign up page. We have two sign up forms, one for artists, clubs and groups and a separate one for venues. Please complete the form that is relevant to you. At the bottom of the page there are details of how to submit images for the online trail. If you have any problems with the forms or need help with the image submissions please don’t hesitate to contact us at niddarttrail@gmail.com.

Artist/Club/Group Sign up

If you are an artist/club/group and would like to take part in the 2021 NiddArt Trail please complete the below form. The majority of questions are optional. Please only supply information that you are happy to appear on your artist page.

Venue submission

If you are venue and would like to be included in the 2021 NiddArt Trail, 20th-30th August, please complete the below form.

We understand that with the ongoing Covid situation, as the launch date approaches your arrangements for the NiddArt Trail may have to be updated. We are here to help and will be more than happy to work with you to amend any information as is necessary.

Any details of your venue’s arrangements for the trail will not be listed on the website until the 1st August 2021.

Artists

What images can I enter into the NiddArt Trail?

An artist page has space for these images:

  • 1 x Artist’s Headshot
  • 1 x Featured image – Could be photo of the artist at work, group photo, studio, gallery, or iconic work etc.
  • 8 x Photos of your work
How many images can a club / group submit?

Venues

What images can I enter into the NiddArt Trail?

A venue page has space for these images:

  • Up to 10 images – If possible please include at least one image of the outside of the venue and then a selection of interior photos and/or art works that feature at the venue.
What size and format of images do you require?

Please supply images in the following format:

  • maximum of 1800 pixels along the longest side. 
  • .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe format
  • Images with a longest edge less than 1800 pixels are eligible for submission. It is recommended not to size smaller images up to 1800 pixels.
  • Be aware images substantially smaller than 1800 pixels may not display very well on the website.
How should I title my images?

Please title images in the following way:

  • Headshot:Artist Name – Headshot
  • Featured Image: “Title – Featured
  • 8 Art Works: Minimum requirement – “Title of Work – Artist Name” but preferably  “Title of Work – Media – Artist Name
I am having trouble resizing or renaming my images what should I do?

If you you are having trouble renaming or resizing your images please contact us at niddarttrail@gmail.com for advice.

There are also many resources online that can help you to resize an image or rename an image file.

How should I submit my images?

Please submit images via WeTransfer. It’s quick and easy to do.

  • Go to https://wetransfer.com/
  • Click on “Add your files” and select the images you want to send.
  • Where it asks “Email to” enter niddarttrail@gmail.com
  • On the next line down add your email address
  • In the message box please enter your artist/club/group/venue name
