The group uses a range of media (acrylic, watercolour, oil, pastels, inks etc) and works in diverse styles (from realistic to abstract, collage and embroidery).
Some of the group also enjoy working in a variety of crafts, including treen, sticks and jewellery.
Lofthouse Art Group is a small self-help group of amateur artists which meets in the Band Room Lofthouse (at the car park), on Monday mornings from 10 till noon. The Band Room is open on Saturdays, Sundays and Monday mornings, where the groups’ artwork and crafts are on sale at very reasonable prices.
The NiddArt Trail is a showcase of art and creative work by the local artists, crafts people and makers of Nidderdale and surrounding areas
