I work in various mediums and at different sizes. Most of my paintings are oil paint with cold wax. I have original paintings and giclee prints for sale. I complete commissions of favourite places for special occasions as presents for loved ones. I run art workshops for adults of all abilities and Primary School art days.
Having retired from my Primary School Teaching career I am now combining my skills as a teacher with my love of painting outside. This year I have started ART FOR ALL SEASONS with four workshops set in the Nidderdale area of outstanding beauty. I’ve enjoyed painting in acrylics with a group in AUTUMN in local woods, with a group completing oil and cold paintings of Dallowgill in WINTER, two watercolour workshops one under the blossom trees and one in bluebell woods locally in SPRING and my SUMMER workshop will be mixed media reflections water locally. Alongside this I have painted more of my favourite landscapes and animals and completed an ART DAY PACKAGE in a primary school. I can’t wait for the next one to meet new people and enjoy two days of mindfulness and creativity.
