Joseph Hayton is a stone carver and bronze sculptor based at the King Street Workshops, Pateley Bridge.
His work is mainly figurative with his ongoing works looking into gothic architecture and the human form.
Joe is also well known for his take on the Green Man. These carved stone monoliths make a fantastic centrepiece for any garden, large or small.
Bronze sculpture is also produced by Joe, who works closely with a foundry in Barnard Castle to produce traditional lost wax bronzes, large or small.
Joe works mainly on commission. Pay a visit to his studio to see his work or to discuss a project.
The NiddArt Trail is a showcase of art and creative work by the local artists, crafts people and makers of Nidderdale and surrounding areas
